Personal and Private Training

DSC_9389All training at Concept 10 10 is with your own personal trainer, who concentrates solely on you during your session. You can count on your trainer to:

• adjust the equipment to your specific machine settings BEFORE you arrive
• make sure that you perform the exercises correctly and with the right intensity
• coach and supervise you so that you obtain the best possible results
• make a note of your progress every time

Here at Concept 10 10 our primary focus is on results and progress.  You will begin to notice changes in your body after just a few training sessions! This means that you can really feel a difference in your daily life and activities.
